Kundalini yoga with Brigid O'Brien & Norbert Idelon
Kundalini yoga combines movement, mantra, meditation, breath work (pranayama) and sound current to bring energy flow, deep awareness and transformation of mind, body and spirit. In this introduction to kundalini yoga series teachers Brigid O’Brien and Norbert Idelon will take you on a journey through the foundations of this powerful practice. Each 90 minute session will begin with an introduction that interweaves fundamental yogic philosophy/theory with practical exercises, and follow with a standard class involving a kriya (set of exercises), meditation and relaxation. The goal is pass on this knowledge to anchor, enhance and deepen your practice.
