Treatment Booking Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change. To respect your appointment time and our practitioners’ schedules, our cancellation policy is:

• More than 24 hours’ notice – no fee
• Same-day cancellation – 50% of the treatment fee charged
• No-show – 100% of the treatment fee charged

Appointments are reserved especially for you. Late cancellations or missed appointments make it difficult to offer this time to other clients. Thank you for understanding and supporting our small business.
