our people

We are a group of wellness professionals offering a range of classes, treatments, therapies and workshops.
Our vision is to help you be the best version of you by supporting your personal growth through, yoga, bodywork, mindfulness, meditation and other offerings.

Our collection of like-minded practitioners and teachers are hand picked to be complimentary to one another and to provide the best treatments, services and classes this area has to offer. Working side by side we support each other to allow each of us to focus on what we do best, and refer on to other practitioners when needed.
