bring your baby yoga

 One hour class (currently unavailable)
Yoga is for the mums/dads/caregivers, and the kiddies stay in the room with us, hanging out, hanging off you, playing with toys, eating snacks on our picnic mat. Please bring your child's own snacks.

It’s a great way to get some mindful movement into your day. And to connect with a great bunch of other mums (dads welcome too).

Yoga is for everyone!
