Ashtanga Yoga
Our Ashtanga Yoga classes are designed for all levels and offer a one-hour led practice, with the option to extend up to 1 hour and 30 minutes in a Mysore style practice. If you're new to the practice, don't worry - our experienced teachers will guide you through a sequence of poses, starting with Sun Salutations to warm up, followed by standing and seated poses. If you're familiar with the primary series, you're welcome to move at your own pace. During the classes, our teachers will provide hands-on adjustments and individual assistance to help you deepen your practice. However, if you prefer not to receive hands-on adjustments, please let the teacher know at the beginning of the class. Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and invigorating practice that synchronizes breath with movement, creating a moving meditation.
Yin Yoga
Join us for our one-hour Yin Yoga class, the perfect complement to Ashtanga and Vinyasa styles. Yin yoga is the complete opposite - a slow-moving practice where each pose is held for an extended period, allowing you to observe and connect with the sensations in your body. Our evening Yin class begins with breathing exercises to calm the mind, followed by restorative yoga poses that support the body, allowing the deep connective tissue and fascia to stretch and release. By closing your eyes and moving slowly into each pose, remaining still for some time, and then moving out of each pose gradually, your mind will turn inward, creating a deep stillness that nourishes you on all levels.
Yin yoga is the perfect way to unwind after a busy day, and our classes are suitable for all levels.
Slow Flow Yoga

Aerial Yoga - Specialised Class
Experience the unique and exciting practice of Aerial Yoga in our 45-minute class. The poses in Aerial Yoga are similar to those in a traditional yoga class, but with the addition of a silk hammock as a prop. The hammock is suspended from the ceiling and supports your body as you flow through each pose, allowing you to sink deeper into each pose while feeling fully supported. Our Aerial Yoga classes are limited to two people per class, ensuring that each student receives individualized attention and guidance. With a price of just $25 per person, this class offers an affordable and fun way to explore the benefits of aerial yoga. We offer three scheduled classes a week with other sessions available on request.
An exciting practice that takes your yoga practice to new heights!
Kundalini Yoga
In these classes you will learn the fundamentals of Kundalini Yoga - breath patterns (pranayama), basic asana (postures), mantras (sound/chanting), use of the bandhas (body locks) and meditation. Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness, bringing balance to the body, mind, and soul. The practice stimulates the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system, expands lung capacity, purifies the blood, brings energy flow, achieving balance, mental clarity, and physical well-being.
Through energising physical practices with deep meditations and chants, you will be guided to acquire knowledge to anchor, enhance and deepen your yoga practice. We will help you do the best you can do to become the best you can be, developing awareness and unveiling your true self.
This class is open to all levels, and no previous yoga experience is required. To join, simply book and pay directly with Norbert Idelon. Email: norby0707@hotmail.com
