Outdoor yoga - special summer sessions
Through summer we offer outdoor yoga sessions. These sessions are suitable for all levels.
The 90 minute yoga session will include breath work (pranayama), meditation, gentle poses, Sun Salutations with the rising sun, and moving with the breath. We finish with herbal tea and a chat. Bring your yoga mat, a towel to go under it, and something warm to start off with as it may be a little cool.
